Vincent Moses

President

Vincent is a well-respected professional and Independent Business Intrapreneur who works both in corporate and independent business supporting national and global companies. Vincent is a native of New Orleans (“Nawlins”), Louisiana. Vincent attended Eastern Michigan University (Ypsilanti, MI.) and University of Michigan (Ann Harbor, MI.) where he majored in Business Administration and Computer Science. Vincent was a college football athlete at Eastern, MI. as a Eagle/Huron and at Michigan as a Wolverine. Vincent started his career in Information Technology at IBM Corporation and progressed on in his career as an executive sales and business development leader. Vincent and his wife Karen reside in Algonquin, IL and enjoy and have traveled abroad to different countries. Besides extensive travel abroad and spending time with family, Vincent enjoys golfing, fitness and mentoring youth. He is a man of faith and participates in his church of 25 years, Life Changers International Church, Hoffman Estates, IL. supporting different ministries and programs.

Jeffrey J. Mlinarich

Jeff has been a member of Brother 2 Brother since its inception. Jeff’s career in Insurance and Risk Management spans over 30 years in various levels of management in the carrier, broker and TPA spaces. Strong customer service and leadership skills have been key to Jeff’s success and longevity. A native of Western Pennsylvania, Jeff is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jeff has been married to his wife Susan for 27 years and they have one son, Dylan. Besides spending time with his family, Jeff enjoys playing the guitar, golfing and cycling.

Jay Anthony Kripton

Financial Officer/Treasurer/CPA

Jay has over 35 years in business and financial leadership experience in domestic and multi-national environments.  Prior to establishing his own CPA practice, Jay served in different financial and accounting roles during his career in Public Accounting, Consulting, Healthcare and Manufacturing, from Entrepreneur to Controller to Chief Financial Officer.

Jay is a life-long resident in Illinois and currently lives in Bartlett IL with his wife of 33 years. He is active in the community serving on the Village of Bartlett Downtown Zoning Steering committee, and is Vice President of Hidden Oaks of Litchfield Home Owners Association. Jay’s passion is to “give back to the community” that has helped him advance in his career. He enjoys playing competitive golf on the Golf Channel Amateur Tour.

Keith Earley

Keith Earley recently retired after 38 years of Federal Government service with the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB). A certified Senior Executive, Mr Earley’s last position was Director of Administration where he supervised offices which provide administrative and management support for the agency, including human resources, facility management, procurement, public affairs and telecommunications. He reported directly to the agency’s three-member Board and also served as a member of the RRB’s Executive Committee, which is responsible for day-to-day operations and providing policy recommendations to the Board Members. Mr. Earley also served on the Executive Committee of the Chicago Federal Executive Board.

Keith received his B.A. from Northwestern University and his M.A from Governors State University.  The parent of two grown children, Keith and his wife reside in the far Northwest suburbs of Chicago.

Mr. Earley is a strong believer in mentoring and being a role model for youth and has been active in programs such as “Real Men Read”, “Jobs for Youth” and various Middle School and High school career day events.

Roland Harper

Sargeant-At-Arms – (NFL -Chicago Bear)

Roland Harper is a retired businessman and professional athlete residing in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL. He is a native of New Orleans, LA. (Nawlins) He attended LA Tech University – College 1971-1975 on a football scholarship, majoring in Business Administration. During his college football career, Roland’s college team over a 4-year span with surmised a record of 44-4 and won 4 National Championships. In 1975 after graduating, Roland was drafted by the NFL – Chicago Bears. He achieved Rookie of the year his first year earning him the prestigious “Brian Piccolo” award. Roland played with and alongside “Walter Payton”, “Jim Osborne”, Emory Moorehead”, “Ike Hill” and “Charlie Wade. Roland was also selected to speak at “Walter Payton’s” statue unveiling and honor/ achievement celebration at Chicago’s “Soldiers Field” Stadium. Roland is still active with the Chicago Bears organization. He is often requested to speak at games and on and off the field. Roland is known by his closest friends as “Bull”. After his professional football career, Roland pursued, owned, and ran several successful companies.

Kenneth A. Jones (Kenny)

Kenny is a well-seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in retail management. Possesses a diverse background that includes Business Development, Multi-Unit Management, Human Resources, Training & Facilitating, Project Management and managing large scale strategic initiatives. Strong interpersonal, motivational and leadership skills have been key to consistently building high performance teams and top quartile performances. Additionally Kenny is a 25 year plus certified ASE technician.

Kenny is a faithful member of the Second Baptist Church of Elgin, IL and actively serves on the Trustee, Soup Kitchen and Brotherhood Ministries.

Kenny has been married to Cherie Jones for 32 years and has 3 adult daughter’s one son in law and one “little giant” precious granddaughter.

Dave, attended Augustana College, pursued a career in the educational field. Retired as a Special Education teacher, Head Track, Head Football Coach McHenry High School, Former Leader of McHenry Fellowship of Christian Athletes, attending Living Grace Church, key charities involved in: Created For More Ministries, Joshua Mission, married to Meg with three children Matthew 34 (Karen), Mark 32 (Sarah), Laura 26 (Cameron), 5 grandchildren. Love to help people through Christian ministries serving in his community and abroad.

Mike Fowler was born in Geneva, IL and grew up in nearby West Chicago. In his early teens, his parent’s work obligations and his own work opportunities moved him to several states, but he eventually landed back in the Chicagoland area. He and his wife, Erin, have lived in Elgin since 1995 and it is where they raised their only daughter, Alex.

Mike’s entire adult career has been in the tire and wheel industry. In April 2022, he will celebrate 35 years with the US largest independent tire dealer, Discount Tire Company. Mike likes to spend his personal time running, playing golf and volunteering with his family. Mike and Erin travel frequently to Marco Island, Florida with the hope of retiring there in the near future.
